POLICE CONSULTATION update

PC1813,  PC540  and PC4009 at St Peter and St Paul’s Church in Great Bowden, for this morning’s Police Consultation.

When The Police Officers arrived, there was several Great Bowden residents and Members of the Public from Harborough and the surrounding area waiting to speak with them regarding local and more wider concerns. 

There was a lot of interest in The Police Officers role as Response Officers, and what their aspirations were for their professional career journeys. Attendees were delighted to hear that there was now several Student Officers based at Market Harborough Police Station and said how reassuring that was.

This morning’s attendance at The Church was very welcomed, and they were all invited back whenever their commitments allowed.

The Officers said how inspiring it was to see The Church putting on so many events for the community and thanked The Church organisers for allowing Police Consultations to take place inside The Church, and for making them feel so welcome this morning.
